Exertis Exertis has appointed leads for its newfound Employee Resource Groups. Gemma Walters chairs the ERG division for women; Manpreet Bath is leading the ERG for people from ethnic minorities; while Holly Chatton leads efforts to support LGBTQIA+ colleagues. Gemma Walters, Chair for Women,
and the General Manager for Microsoſt at Exertis said: “Te aim of our Women’s ERG is to raise awareness of issues facing women in the workplace, and we are committed to empowering, developing and supporting our female employees.” Mani Bath is the General Manager for Datacentre & Commercial
at Exertis, as well as the ERG Chair for people from ethnic minorities. Holly Chatton is the Head of Data Governance within Exertis, and the ERG Chair for LGBTQIA+ colleagues.
InterDigital InterDigital, Inc. has appointed Dr. Rajesh Pankaj as its new Chief Technology Officer. Tis coincides with Dr. Henry Tirri moving into the role of Senior Advisor. Dr. Pankaj joins InterDigital from
Qualcomm where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Engineering and Head of Corporate R&D, managing a global team of engineers focused on Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing and new technologies.
PPDS PPDS has created its third regional business cluster in Europe, combining the strengths its Nordics and Benelux teams. As part of the new structure, Roeland
Scholten has been promoted to Sales Director BNL and Nordics. Based in Amsterdam, Roeland will lead and drive sales opportunities in the Baltics, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Sweden and Norway, as well as his existing territory in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Another appointment sees Mikael da Fonseca, previously Sales Director for the Nordics at PPDS promoted to International Key Account Director Hospitality, joining the International Key Account Management team as Peter Vinke prepares for retirement in September.

With a passion for audio, his achievements and successes have seen him climb through the ranks to VP Technical Operation in Norway before Managing Director roles in Norway and, latterly, Northern Europe.
G2 Esports G2 Esports has appointed Irina Shames as its new Chief Revenue Officer and Philippe Adam as Financial Director. Te esports company also promoted Alban Dechelotte to Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Revenue
Officer, Irina Shames will be responsible for all aspects of global commercial growth at G2 with heavy focus on the company’s expansion in North America, as well as the monetisation of gaming and esports. Irina brings extensive content, media and entertainment experience. holding previous positions at Viacom and CNN International, along with a variety of successful startups. Most recently, Irina oversaw commercial strategy at 3BLACKDOT. Philippe Adam joins the company as Financial Director,
where he will lead G2’s Controlling, Finance, HR & Legal teams, responsible for directing financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the company. Alban Decelotte (previously General Manager at G2) will now asume the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Jigsaw24 Jigsaw24 has appointed Peter Bertram as its non-Executive Chairman. Bertram will work closely with founders
Roger Whittle (CEO) and John Hughes, and the broader executive team, David Dudman (COO), Rob Hicking (CFO) and Tim Bodill (CSO). Peter brings extensive board-level experience
to Jigsaw24. He is currently the Chair of Hobs Group, an independent reprographics company, and is on the board of Science Group plc, the international, science-led services and product development organisation.
