oss Hockey joined Cradlepoint last summer and brings over sixteen years of experience to his role. He began
his career designing the mobile coverage in South Wales for UK carriers, including Orange and T-Mobile. His career has taken him on projects across EMEA, as well as Dubai and South Africa. Most recently, he was VP of Network Performance Orchestrations Solutions and Alliances at Infovista, which helps communication providers deliver a high-quality user experience. It was in this role that Ross experienced the true potential of cellular networks. We caught up with Ross for more on how he is looking to replicate the success of Cradlepoint’s US MSP programme across EMEA.
Could you tell us a bit more about Cradlepoint? Cradlepoint provides Wireless WAN solutions to customers through its 4G LTE and 5G network edge solutions. Tese solutions enable businesses to work in a much more flexible way, deploying high-speed networks anywhere they need. Tese networks enable things like vehicle fleet coverage, ensuring that resources are deployed correctly, and information can reach the people in the field. It also helps with failover strategies, providing a backup network if the primary network fails and enabling IoT devices to communicate with the rest of the network if placed in remote areas that traditional wired networks cannot always cover.
