XEROX HOLDINGS CORPORATION has agreed to acquire Lexmark International from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital, and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre in a deal valued at $1.5 billion. “Our acquisition of Lexmark will bring together two industry-leading companies with shared values, complementary strengths, and a deep commitment to advancing the print industry to create one stronger organisation,” said Steve Bandrowczak, chief executive   serve our clients, furthering our reinvention.” The new organisation will serve more than 200,000 clients in 170 countries and have 125 manufacturing and

QBS Software makes its third acquisition into the META Region

with the promise of more to come QBS TECHNOLOGY GROUP has acquired Titus Corp, a South African-based ‘long tail’ enterprise software distributor. Titus specialises in enterprise software delivery via an extensive partner network throughout SADC (Southern African Development Community). The acquisition strengthens QBS with expert access to the South African enterprise software market and is the next step on our journey to become a billion-dollar business. “We are pleased to extend our footprint into

a proven geography with our third acquisition in the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region,” said Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS. “It strengthens our software delivery capabilities and enables our partners to access a rapidly growing and dynamic market. We were impressed with Titus Corporation’s management team, heritage, technical capability, partner enablement, and, quite frankly, their ambition. “Joining QBS, the global leader in Software delivery, feels like the ideal platform to scale Titus as we seek to grow  Raldo Loots, managing director of Titus Corporation. “It is exciting to work alongside Dave and his team – as together we will collaborate with our partner network to solve the most important problems that large enterprises are facing in consolidating their long tail of software publishers.” “We already have over 100 colleagues in South Africa working on the business, so it made absolute sense to make the acquisition as it allows us to build out an extension of our
