any brands and businesses are still assessing how to take advantage of the huge opportunities presented by
Web3, the metaverse and emerging technologies overall. Some of the biggest challenges brands have faced are designing the right experience for consumers and the right cadence on the right platform for their brand. Sixty-two percent of high-growth companies plan to invest in technologies that lead to
higher rates of innovation, compared to 54% of other companies. Additionally, according to Gartner top drivers for innovation today include enhancing customer experience (53%), driving revenue growth (53%), and developing new products and services (45%). Broader strategic issues such as talent retention, understanding consumer behaviour and supply chain issues remain CMOs’ top concerns. At Dentsu we teamed up with Microsoft, LinkedIn and HeadOffice.

We’ve reimagined ‘real-world’ use cases in a virtual setting where brands can explore new technologies and test everyday web tools to more rapidly realize growth opportunities. and development, connected community and team building, virtual test labs, virtual showrooms, amplified assistance and customer service.
