Matthew Wales, Brand Promoter, Altura


ALTURA has announced the appointment of Matthew Wales as Brand Promoter, further strengthening the Altura team and supporting the brand’s growth across the Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) network. Matthew’s primary role will be to support dealers across the UK and Ireland, helping them to elevate and grow the Altura brand through in-store presentation, product knowledge and local events. Outside of work, Matthew is a


keen road cyclist who is increasingly becoming gravel-curious. He competes in races with his local club and is particularly proud of achieving 11th place in the Fred Whitton Challenge. 


Iain Pollitt-Walmsley, Tiger Cycles, Sales Director


TIGER CYCLES has strengthened its commercial team with the appointment of Iain Pollitt- Walmsley to its sales team. Pollitt-


Walmsley joins an established network of regional agents and is expected to support retailers as Tiger Cycles expands its distribution portfolio. His appointment underlines Tiger


Cycles’ focus on service, expertise and dealer relationships alongside its growing logistics and distribution capabilities. With industry experience and a


reputation for building relationships with independent bike shops and regional chains, Pollitt-Walmsley is set to help retailers navigate new opportunities across the company’s expanded brand line-up.

YOMO BIKES has announced three new appointments. Tim Hall brings 12 years of experience with Frog Bikes and currently also represents Upgrade Bikes across Northern England; he will support YOMO’s continued growth throughout the region. Aaron Berry brings 26 years of experience working directly with cycle retailers. He will represent YOMO from Newcastle to Ipswich along the eastern side of England, as well as South Wales and the Southwest, including Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.


John Styles has spent 25 years in the bicycle trade. He brings a focused, service-led approach to supporting YOMO retailers throughout South East England.
