She spends hours on the road to visit stores in the north of the country, and spends her spare time riding anything with two wheels. Jo Penny, Our Media - Jo has been supporting and servicing the entire bike industry through the undeniably tricky period for the industry. Helping brands with media solutions, advertising ideas, and general support, Jo has plenty of experience and genuine enthusiasm for the industry.


Amy Hunt, Mi-rider - Amy Hunt previously represented Great Britain during her racing career, before entering the cycling industry as a sales rep more than 15 years ago, at a time when there were very few women in the industry.

aims to unite and align the cycling industry behind a shared commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive industry. As the trade association for cycle retailers, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers, the BA is uniquely placed to support the industry in tackling these systemic issues strategically and holistically. Wheels For Wellbeing - Wheels for Wellbeing is a


registered charity that works with thousands of disabled children and adults who face barriers to taking part in physical activity.


Informed by life-changing personal experience of disabled trustees, staff and volunteers, the charity is determined to show that anyone can enjoy cycling. Katherine Moore - Katherine Moore is a cycling industry creative who has been persistently promoting a cycling lifestyle for all, while documenting her own riding experience. From mountain biking adventures to bikepacking and gravel rides, through her work Katherine has been striving to make cycling a more inclusive. Julian Gregory, LDN Riders - Julian is the founder of LDN riders, a cycling club for LGBTQ+ cyclists that now has more than 370 members. The club is a welcoming and safe space for all people, regardless of cycling experience.
