In 2023 they introduced “the MugGuard”, a dual-purpose rear mudguard. Fox Factory - The brand updated its short-travel Float air shock in 2023 making them lighter and more capable. Most notable is the addition of the Float SL that is dedicated to XC racing. The brand also prides itself on providing technical support to OEMs, retailers and end-users.
DISTRIBUTOR AWARDS Bike Distributor of the Year Sportline - Continues to offer a diverse range of products across all disciplines and price ranges through Genesis, Saracen, Ridgeback and Adventure. Supports dealers through a dedicated sales team and account managers who work with IBDs to navigate market conditions. Saddleback - The exclusive home of performance cycling brands such as Moots, Pivot and ENVE. Saddleback has a customer service team, area managers, brand managers and warranty and service staff to manage enquiries within 24 hours and guarantee deliveries within 48 hours. Tandem Group Cycles - A trusted distributor to more than 600 IBDs and corporate retailers offering a range of adult, junior, kids and e-bike brands such as Dawes, Claud Butler and Squish. Industry knowledge is shared with dealers through weekly e-newsletters, regional road shows and in-house brand training supported by office and field- based colleagues. Silverfish - Silverfish works exclusively with two high- end MTB brands in Yeti and Forestal. The distributor offers a commitment to territory-exclusive IBDs with support from active sales teams, marketing support via email and POS, dedicated social media channels and event participation. ZyroFisher - Currently representing more than 60 brands, ZyroFisher is one of the largest distributors in the UK and has multiple bike brands in its portfolio including Norco and BMC. Ison Distribution - A fourth-generation family owned and run business, Ison offers mid/high level brands to the IBD network across multiple disciplines including MTB, gravel, e-cargo, road and BMX.
P&A Distributor of the Year The Cycle Division - The Cycle Division has imported and distributed bicycle parts and accessories to independent bicycle dealers throughout the UK since 2001. The brands it is proudest to push are Sturmey Archer/Sunrace, RavX, Finesse, Schwalbe, Weldtite and its own brand D2O. Madison - This year Madison added Knog, Aeroe and Slime tyre sealants to its portfolio of more than 70 brands. 2023 also saw the return of Madison’s own iceBIKE show with a new two-venue format. This was the best-attended show to date and represented a significant investment from the company to make the event as accessible as possible for retailers. Upgrade - In 2023, Upgrade added Lizard Skins and Eclipse Inner Tubes to a portfolio that already boasted well-known brands including Lezyne, Reynolds, Challenge and Goodyear tyres, as well as in-house brands Kinesis and DMR. Bob Elliot - A family run business that continues to focus on supporting the IBD network. The distributor offers a robust and efficient B2B site which allows 24- hour access to ordering and account management. The company has seen growth with in-house brands KranX and KX Wheels as well as high-profile brands such as Schwalbe, Continental, Weldtite and Sunrace. Oxford Products - UK cycle business is up 10.4% with sales for July up 41.3% YoY. This is being achieved by expanding the product range, maintaining the right stock, growing the sales team, improving customer service and investing in display solutions. In recent months the company has invested in its own label cycle products as well as adding TAYA chains, ACROS Components, Kali Helmets, G-Form and SIGMA Lights & Computers to its portfolio. Extra UK - Extra stocks a range of products which cover multiple cycling disciplines. 2023 saw the company add AMS, NamedSport, Kids Ride Shotgun, Jagwire and Chamois Butt’r to its portfolio. Recently Extra conducted an NPS customer survey and received 8.1 out of 10. Following customer feedback, Extra has made improvements to its B2B site, payment terms and invoicing and has more planned for the end of 2023.
