Vikki Neale: I think there are many steps that can help this. Some of this is about policy, but most is about culture. Creating zero tolerance policies for harassment and discrimination is the start point. Creating a culture of respect and inclusion through studio ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) can certainly make a     family alongside a career.

What initiatives or programs do you think could make the most significant impact in supporting women in games?

Lauren Kaye:  Break Mentorship has matched thousands  mentors. Also in the time of hardship with so      edge in their pitches and has empowered so many people so far.


Tara Mustapha: I’m particularly proud of the  in our Accelerator programs sponsored by     recommend engaging with organisations such   not only as mentees but as mentors, too.  I was introduced to this year which is seeing thousands of women get free education in coding and allows a lot more women to change careers into the tech space. Women in Games and UKIE’s #RaisetheGame also  policy which will hopefully make  to come.


Vikki Neale: Women in Games do a huge amount for the industry to raise awareness  2,000 ambassadors in games worldwide, we are in 78 countries! Annually they run an award-winning careers,  



