Following hot on the heels of the ISM show in Cologne, the forthcoming Sweets & Snacks Expo in the US – May 22-25 at McCormick Place, Chicago – offers the confectionery and snack industries further opportunities to showcase their latest candy and snack innovations. The event is sponsored by the National Confectioners Association (NCA) a trade organisation for the US confectionery industry. This year the event offers delegates an additional
