Faye Jukes, RKW


Faye has been with RKW for over 16 years. In her current position as Area Sales Manager, her colleagues say she encompasses the heart of RKW’s values, demonstrating clear determination, loyalty and expertise as she has progressed in her career. “She is loved and respected by her peers and customers alike, combining her

bubbly personality with her excellent product and systems knowledge,” they add. On picking up the trophy this year, Ms Jukes says she’s “absolutely over the moon!” “I’m really proud of myself; it’s a great achievement and a fantastic award to


have. I’ve always had a caring personality, and I’m keen and eager to support customers during their journey with RKW.” She adds that the key part of her role is making sure she is always fully supporting her customers with regular contact and visits, to maintain good working relationships. “Many of our customers have already been in contact to congratulate me,” she admits, “and I’ve received a lot of kind words. And I’ve also spoken directly to a lot of customers, as I keep in regular contact anyway.” Speaking about the Awards event itself, Ms Jukes adds: “It was my first time attending, making it particularly special. I think it’s so important to recognise the hard work that goes on in the industry. Sales can sometimes be a difficult role, so recognising these achievements regularly creates a positive environment industry-wide.” One particular RKW colleague says about Ms Jukes: “She has flourished in her


roles and done exceptionally well, working tirelessly on behalf of her customers in the independent sector – they have a real professional in their corner. She is truly deserving of this award!”
