UK Plumbing Supplies, a subsidiary of Marlowe Holdings Limited, has built up a range of subsidiary plumbers merchant brands via acquisition over the past few years.

In January 2024, it bought north-east family-owned plumbing merchant Crossling, which brought a further 15 branches, and its trading divisions Stokplas at Doncaster and Northern Tools & Accessories.


The figures for Crossling are included here as they pre-date the acquisition.

The group has continued to invest, notably in the fleet, in expanding the hire offering , and upgrading trade counters across the Group. In addition, a new purpose-built facility for the utilities sector was opened during the period in Chesterfield; to enhance the Group’s fulfilment capabilities and stock capacity. The group also extended its reach into the energy efficiency sector with the acquisiotn of R.E.S - Renewable Equipment Solutions, Logicool Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps Ltd and Bluebay Building Products Ltd.


The group reports that business remains in a strong financial position and that there continues to be good long term growth opportunities.
