Among the Selco initiatives during the year were a major upgrade to a new operations ERP system, mini upgrades to five branches, and the implementation of a new demand planning solution.


Leyland SDM has 35 stores in the Greater London area, and opened new stores in South Kensington and Belsize Park in the second half of the years. A full refurbishment of the High St. Kensington store was also completed in 2024.

Selco, which currently trades from 75 branches, 32 in London saw average daily like-for-like sales fall due to lower demand with customers taking on smaller jobs in the weaker wider market.


The TG Lynes business in London encountered a weaker London residential market which saw demand soften along with reduced government spending on public sector funded upgrades to schools, hospitals and universities which are important end customers for TG Lynes. MacBlair currently operates 19 branches across the province of Northern Ireland, including six
