AIRUNO extends ceiling hoods range A

IRUNO, the designer cooker hoods brand, has responded to market

demand for minimalist kitchen appliances by expanding its collection of ceiling hoods. The Phantom is an elegant, white glass ceiling hood which is available with either a white or stainless-steel frame. It offers efficient extraction at a maximum rate of 412 m3/h, and is energy rated B. The discreet hood features four speed settings,

a remote control for easy operation and boasts an impressive noise level of just 51-65dB. The innovative Phantom can also be conveniently fitted either across or between ceiling joists, eliminating the need to build a bulkhead. The Phantom’s sleek design allows the 90cm- wide hood to blend effortlessly into the ceiling, while four high-quality LED strip lights neatly

frame it and provide additional lighting in the kitchen below. Chairman of AIRUNO, Geoff Baker, said: “Open-

plan kitchens are very on-trend, so we’re excited to introduce the Phantom to our collection. With its discreet design, easy installation and choice of finishes, the Phantom will blend in with the rest of

the kitchen beautifully, making it the perfect fit for any consumer that favours a minimalist aesthetic. “Ceiling hoods are among the most effective

types of cooker hoods when it comes to extraction rates and the Phantom continues AIRUNO’s tradition of delivering stylish hoods that also deliver effective extraction.”

eko, the UK’s number one best-selling large home appliance brand, returned to television at the beginning of October with a

£2million campaign set to reach 35 million adults over two months. The significant investment has seen the brand driving consumer demand by targeting homeowners during peak season for laundry sales, from the end of September through to Black Friday. The television advert features Beko’s brand new laundry technology

AquaTech. The innovative new washing machines allow users to wash clothes in half the time, with twice the care. Specialist technology uses the natural power of water to clean clothes gently instead of with harsh drum movements. Water cascades from the top of the drum using powerful streams to effectively clean clothes, resulting in a wash that is up to 50% faster and 50% gentler compared to a conventional machine. In-store, the below the line campaign is designed not only to raise

awareness of AquaTech, but also of the brand’s number one position, as the UK’s best-selling large home appliance brand. Designed to drive conversion and inspire further confidence, customers will be reminded of Beko’s number one position at the point of purchase. Keval Shah, Head of Marketing at Beko plc UK & Ireland said; “AquaTech is the biggest launch of the year for Beko, and this is evident in the strategic marketing plan we’ve developed. We’re aiming to reach as many households as possible during peak season for laundry sales, through as many touch points as possible.”
