LAURA VITA

“We believe footwear should bring joy, confidence, and personality to everyday life,” says Jacques Cheng, the UK Agent for the Sales Manager at Laura Vita. “Our mission is to create distinctive, comfortable footwear that allows women to express their individuality with every step.” Here, Jacques talks to Jack Cheeseman about the brand’s exciting plans for the rest of this year!

T

he original designer of Laura Vita footwear founded the brand with the aim of providing modern women with

a product that is beautiful, different and comfortable. And so, since 2004, Laura Vita’s shoes have indeed stood out for their unique appearance and colours, and today the brand has established with some of the most eye- catching collections on the market. “The distinctive look of our brand is put to good use by our customers,” explains Jacques Cheng, the UK Agent for Laura Vita. “They tell us that they love to use our brand to create extra special window displays as show stoppers to increase footfall. “More and more shops focus on Laura Vita

by adding volumes and creating choices for the consumer. The more they add the better it looks in terms of colours and patterns.” The brand is present in over 35 countries

globally, with well over 5,000 sales points, including France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Canada, Australia, South Africa and even Mongolia – to name a few. And as a result, Mr Cheng reports that sales worldwide are growing “extremely well”, and in the UK, where the brand landed in 2015, it’s also going from strength to strength.

“Our shoes and bags are very distinctive – made with love and passion,” adds Mr Cheng. “We do not follow trends but instead want to create new ones each season. “And as consumer expectations continue

to evolve, our mission remains unchanged: to create distinctive, comfortable footwear that allows women to express their individuality with every step.”
