LIQUID PRESSURE LEVEL AND FLOW SENSORS F
Incorporating its own unique range of pressure measuring cells, diaphragms and special ceramic cantilever beams, Huba Control manufactures sensors for measuring relative pressure and differential pressure as well as vortex flow sensors
ounded in 1945, Huba Control develop, manufacture and market
components designed exclusively for the measurement of pressure and flow from its global headquarters in Würenlos near Zurich. Huba’s pressure measurement
technology includes pressure switches, sensors and pressure transmitters and with its clear focus on pressure measurement technology, Huba is able to develop innovative products, covering an extensive range of applications for the optimisation of machine, system and plant processes. The company’s in house design and
manufacturing facilities have developed an innovative range of products across a broad spectrum of applications which incorporate Huba’s own unique range of pressure measuring cells, diaphragms and special ceramic cantilever beams. This makes Huba Control a leading manufacturer of pressure transmitters, switches and sensors for measuring single pressure from -1 to 1,000 bar, differential pressure up to 25 bar and vortex liquid flow sensors from 0.5l/min to 240l/min. Huba’s unique diaphragm and ceramic
cantilever beam technology provides long term stability for very fine measurement in the Pascal range. The Type 699 relative and differential pressure transmitters are available with selectable outputs with bi-directional pressure ranges from -100...+100Pa and adjustable measuring ranges of 0...300 - 5,000 Pa which deliver an adjusted and temperature compensated signal, available as voltage or current output making them ideal for monitoring low air flow in air conditioning systems and for the measurement of fine pressure in laboratory, environmental and clean room applications. Additional options include a MODBUS module and an LCD display which is available in the chosen pressure unit or as a percentage of full scale. The Type 679 volume and flow transmitters are suitable for air and neutral gases, providing an accurate and

LIQUID FLOW SENSORS Available with voltage, current and frequency output, the full range of flow sensors Type 200, Type 210, Type 212, Type 230, Type 235 and Type 236 are all based on Karman’s vortex trail principle. The sensors are available to
stable output that allows the detection of a volumetric flow with a differential pressure measurement across a measuring orifice, fan or filter. With the built-in two line/eight digit alphanumeric LCD display it is possible to display the flow and the velocity. Available with the same pressure ranges as the Type 699, it offers a wide range of outputs including 0...5V, 0...10V and 4...20mA and various velocity and flow rates including m/s, cfm, ltr/s and m³/s, making the Type 679 transmitter suitable for a wide variety of fine measurement applications within the HVAC, industrial and medical sectors.

measure liquid flow rates from 0.5l/min to 240l/min in standard DN6, DN8, DN10, DN15, DN20, DN25 and DN32 sizes with a selection of pipe and electrical connections. With no moving parts the flow sensor is particularly well suited to applications such as integral pump flow sensors for central heating boilers. The sensors are available to measure liquid with flow rates up to 240 l/min with optional temperature measurement and have 0...10V, 4...20mA frequency output with and without filter as well as
Pulse output enabling a direct counting function.
PRESSURE LEVEL TRANSMITTERS Huba Control’s range of pressure level transmitters have been extended and now includes sensors that fit inside ¾”, 1” and 1¼” diameter pipes with standard pressure ranges of 0...0.1 - 16 bar and are available with analogue signals of 0...10V, 4...20mA and 10 per cent...90 per cent ratiometric outputs with optional temperature measurement as well as a digital output with temperature. The various transmitters are available
with cable lengths from 2m to 300m as standard and with various approvals including: IEC 68-2-27 Shock Accreditation; EN 61326-2-3 Electromagnetic Compatibility; IEC 68-2-6 Vibration Accreditation; Shipbuilding Approval; Ex-Protection; and UL 61010-1 Approval.
Huba Control pressure transmitters and electronic pressure switches are available with approval
PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS AND ELECTRONIC PRESSURE SWITCHES Based on thick film technology developed by Huba Control, the Type 520, Type 522 and Type 540 transmitters together with the Type 521 electronic switch are available with WRAS approval with pressure ranges -1...9 bar / 0...2.5 - 60 bar up to 100˚C. Able to withstand tolerable
overloads of up to 5x full scale and rupture pressure of up to 10x full scale, they are well suited for all drinking water applications and are available with a large selection of outputs, pressure and electrical connecters and include the following approvals: Germanischer Lloyd; American Bureau of Shipping; Bureau Veritas; Det Norske Veritas; Lloyd’s Register; and, ATEX and UL Approved.
