STAND K5
Talking the torque Yokogawa to exhibit at Sensors & Instrumentation
Sensor Technology Ltd, the UK manufacturer of wireless torque and load sensors and strain gauge amplifiers is exhibiting at this year’s Sensors & Instrumentation Exhibition
The company will be showing its full range of products and capabilities on its stand, F9. Sales Manager Mark Ingham, says:
“Sensors & Instrumentation is always good for us, as each year it seems to help us expand our national and international profile a little bit more. Last year we found several new customers.
He explains that because TorqSense is often used on development and testing work, the networking opportunities at exhibitions are very important. Sometimes a conversation at a show leads to business a year or more later.
“People with actual torque sensing requirements will make a point of coming to our stand, but we also get quite a lot of people who are passing and stop because they see something that they may need in six or eight months time.”
“LoadSense is a slightly different proposition. Its basic concept of wireless operation is still fairly new in the market and a lot of people have not yet realised that it may offer a solution to a particular issue they are addressing”

STAND F9
Meet the team on stand G1 and learn how their DTSX distributed tem- perature sensor, DL350 ScopeCorder and FU20 combination sensors can help your facility improve measurement accuracy, reduce operating costs, minimise downtime and improve safety.
Improve safety and measurement accuracy with Yokogawa’s DTSX3000 optical fibre distributed temperature sensing. The compact hardware platform offers a wide range of temperature measurements up to 50km. With its low power consumption capability, DTSX3000 can be installed in remote areas running on solar power.
The new DL350 ScopeCorder features the deep measurement and recording capabilities you need in the lab, in a compact instrument you can take into the field. Capture, display, record and analyse the widest variety of electrical and physical parameters in automotive, transportation, electronics, energy and mechatronics.
The four in one FU20 combination sensors show how Yokogawa applies the motto ‘Simple is best’ to sensor technology. This wide body sensor features four separate sensing elements in one unbreakable Ryton body: pH, Reference, Temperature and ORP.
