raphic overlay and membrane keypad manufacturer, Fascia Graphics has
been working with instrumentation manufacturers for over 20 years, but over the last two years an increasing number of manufacturers in this field are turning to the company for its expertise in providing products for small hand-held devices. For instance, Fascia has worked on a wide range of products including laser gas detectors, capacitive sensors, and moisture and humidity meters. Two of the businesses that the company has worked with are profiled here.

A ‘FIRST CLASS’ SERVICE The managing director of one of the leading manufacturers of moisture and humidity meters decided that he wanted to find another supplier for his company’s membrane keypads and graphic overlays as he was keen to improve quality, whilst not increasing costs. They wanted to ensure they had the best quality for their products, and to work

manufacturers.The managing director of the company contacted Fascia Graphics and after being impressed by the initial discussions, Fascia became sole supplier of membrane keypads and graphic overlays for a range of products – with order sizes varying from 200 to 2,000 units. GRAPHIC OVERLAYS FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS A leading global supplier of rolling bearings, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrication systems approached Fascia Graphics after being recommended by another supplier. The business needed a rear plate
graphic overlay for its handheld series of analysers, which enables users to establish comprehensive periodic condition monitoring of moving mechanical parts such as bearings. One of the particular challenges that
Fascia faced was the extreme conditions that the products would be used in, so it was crucial the graphic overlay was strong and hard wearing and could withstand day to day wear and tear in an oily, greasy environment.
