hen it comes to success at a young age, Home Instead’s Louise McLaughlin


is certainly one to watch. Multi-Unit owner, with a growing catalogue of award wins, Louise has achieved so much all by the age of 31. Now, doing her dream job alongside her husband, Louise still has big ambitions for her business. Louise’s career in healthcare


began in the NHS. Having studied Radiography and then a masters degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Louise’s passion to help others led her to want to support not only in a hospital setting but to ensure people received person- centred care in the comfort of their own home. Louise was in her late 20s
