Support Centre on departmental updates and plans for the coming year. In the evening, a dinner and awards evening is held. These awards celebrate the achievements of the franchisees during the previous year, celebrating areas such as growth in branch turnover, marketing endeavours and operational compliance. Minster Cleaning holds periodic regional meetings across the country. Being a national commercial cleaning company, with branches stretching from Aberdeen to Cornwall, and from Belfast across to Norfolk, Minster Cleaning are aware that some franchisees live and work in areas that are remote. So, every other year, three regional meetings are held in May/June across the country.
