Getting off on the front foot As soon as franchisees enter the network, their journey with AF Academy begins as they embark on the recently overhauled Franchisee Training (FT) course. Previously an intensive three-day course at Anytime Fitness UK’s Support Office, training now comprises eight compulsory modules which are a combination of face-to-face and virtual learning.
