Get the full back-up for your own business with management franchise NIC Services Group

N 50

IC has been involved in the commercial cleaning sector for over 50 years and has over 25 years of franchising experience. It is this industry knowledge and experience, together with the low

overheads that come from being a home-based management franchise, that ensures the continued success of its franchisees. NIC franchisees are not cleaners. They manage

their cleaning teams and develop their franchise. This is achieved with the constant ongoing help, support, and guidance from the NIC support team. One of NIC’s newest franchisees, Luke Reeves, shares how he went from corporate roles to

becoming an NIC franchisee in Southwest England and how the support of an NIC business development manager (BDM) has made all the difference to his experience.

What did you do prior to joining NIC? My background has been quite varied, but primarily spent across hospitality, retail, and franchising. I have been an opening store manager for two

well-known restaurant brands, store operations manager for a high-street retail brand, an owner of two restaurants, as well as a Pizza Hut franchise and, most recently, franchise operations manager for a well-known retailer.
