Career progression
Apprentices benefi t from a structured learning programme, access to colleagues with expert knowledge, mentorship, regular one-to-one meetings with line managers, support from our learning and development team and our apprenticeship learning provider. Apprenticeships are permanent positions and our Apprentices are placed in roles that focus on their continued career development and progression throughout the business.
Looking for
Candidate profi le: Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, teamwork and cultivating relationships, attention to detail, adaptable and willing to learn.
Entry requirements: 104 CAS points, GCSE 4C or above in English and maths. After completing an online application, if you meet the initial requirements you will be invited to complete a video interview and online gamifi cation. The assessment includes two short games that test your cognitive ability. Final stage is an assessment centre where you will be offered a place on the programme if you are successful. We recruit on a rolling basis so apply as early as you can. You will be contacted after each stage regardless of the outcome. We encourage students from all academic disciplines to apply.
