it’s important to establish a routine or schedule to have some elements of your life ‘grounded’. This can be as simple as making sure you eat breakfast at a certain time of day to timetabling regular activities to ensuring you go to bed at a similar time each night.

Challenge yourself If there’s something you’ve always wanted to do but not yet had a chance to, now might be the time. Consider learning an instrument or a new language or skill. If you’re unsure what you might want to do, consider volunteering to give you some ideas.
Have fun There's a lot of responsibility attached to further education or starting an apprenticeship, but you won’t get the most out of these experiences unless you are enjoying them.
