• responsibility for the preparation of site-specific Health & Safety documentation, ordering of materials, weekly programming and monitoring of works.


• self-motivation and ability to work to deadlines, whilst still maintaining good standards of workmanship on site.


• a good understanding of current health & safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations (First Aid at Work certificate desirable).
