Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton
Reserve, Costa Rica Architect SB Architects Builder TBC Opens 2024
Situated in Costa Rica’s Área de Conservación Guanacaste (ACG), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, will include 107 guest rooms and suites along with 36 villas and estate homes. SB Architects’ site-sensitive design will weave tree-house type structures and tents alongside villas, with a light-on-land approach that allows the design to be guided by the natural, steep contours of the terrain. The heart of the property welcomes guests to a barista bar and marketplace, a three-meal restaurant, a chapel and wedding pavilion, a hidden rum cave, a pool, and pool bar and grill.
