Kempinski Hotels have appointed Isidoro Geretto as permanent chief fi nancial offi cer. A highly experienced fi nance executive who has spent four decades in the industry, Geretto who was previously in an interim role, brings deep expertise in the luxury segment and experience structuring and leading demanding fi nancial operations. London also has seen two new notable appointments with Emma-Louise Sargeant taking up the role of sustainability executive at The Hari. Louise-Sargant brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked at Intrepid Travel, the world’s largest sustainable travel operator. She will be instrumental in helping the hotel with its ambitious green initiatives going forward. Another change sees Torsten van Dellemen move from general manager at Mandarin Oriental, Washington DC, to general manager of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. Elsewhere in Europe, Alessio Minetto has been appointed to general manager at The Woodward, Geneva, Reto Moser is the new general manager at Four Seasons, Moscow, and Alexander Lahmer is promoted to managing director at Rosewood Vienna.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, Andrew
Spearman has been appointed general manager of Six Senses Zighy Bay. Bhishmaraj Singh has taken the position of general manager at Hyatt Place, Dubai. Finally, Spyridon Georgakopoulos is the newly appointed general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Amman in Jordan.
