As of October 2023 it represents Terex self erecting tower cranes in UK and, as of March 2024, it represents Valla on the Swedish market. The company invites


visitors to its booth, which is in the same location as last year, to explore the latest products and technologies designed to enhance operations.


AKERSTRÖMS A2.127 Swedish company Akerströms will show its range of industrial radio control solutions, including the Remotus range, for applications including cranes and specialised transport.


AMCS TECHNOLOGIES FS.1106/11 French company AMCS will showcase its anti-collision and zone protection safety systems for tower cranes and other lifting machinery.

Italian company Autec will show its range of wireless


control systems. At the show it is launching the Power Bar, a new modular design system that allows the standard rollbar on joystick models to become an active element of control and feedback for operators. Autec is also expanding its range of products engineered to operate in ATEX / IEC-Ex environments and there will be a preview of this new line at Bauma. Autec is also showing


its DWS – a distance measurement system that calculates the space between the operator and machinery. By providing real-time


alerts for operator positioning Autec says it ensures that safe distances are maintained during operation, minimising the risk of accidents. Finally, Autec will


presents the Dynamic T radio frequency switching system.

BÖCKER MASCHINENWERKE FS.1203/2 German truck and trailer crane manufacturer Böcker will debut its new AK 48e hybrid crane with a 30 kWh battery. The AK 48e can be mounted as an electric crane on a MAN, Mercedes, Volvo, or Scania truck and combines the crane's sustainable electric operation with a carrier vehicle that uses a conventional combustion engine to travel to the jobsite.


The AK 48e can operate


for an entire day without recharging, says Böcker, and provides rope speeds of up to 60m/min, payloads of up to 3t (optional: 6t), and extension lengths of up to 49m (optional: 52m). In the trailer crane segment Böcker will showcase the fully electric AHK 30e KS and AHK 36e trailer cranes with newly developed electric winch. The cranes' low energy consumption, combined with a powerful battery capacity of 12.2 kWh, says Böcker, enables up to 140 lifting operations per day without a power connection. In the truck-mounted crane sector Böcker will show its compact AK 36 with PTO drive, while the company’s most powerful model, the AK 52 with PTO drive, will be providing basket rides to intrepid show-goers!


CM LABS A2.314 Simulation-based training solutions specialist CM Labs Simulations will be sharing a booth with Elobau, a control element and sensor OEM. There the two companies will debut a custom simulator designed to showcase Elobau’s new Robust Joysticks JE. The simulator will allow


Elobau to easily demo its latest controls technology to prospective clients in a realistic, true-to-life environment, says CM Labs.


COMANSA FS.1103/1 Spanish tower crane manufacturer Comansa will showcase its flat-top and luffing-jib cranes, with maximum load capacities from 4 to 90 tonnes. The company says visitors will also be able to experience its 6LC85 flat-top crane.

FASSI GRU FN.920/2 Italian hydraulic loader crane manufacturer Fassi is celebrating its 60th anniversary at Bauma. “We’ll bring innovation, new solutions, cutting edge technologies and fresh perspectives,” says Daniele Vismara, sales manager Italy. At the show the company


will present the expansion of its Techno range. The latest model is the F1050R.2-HXP Techno, the successor to the F990RA. Fassi says it offers an increase of 15% in maximum vertical capacity and of 6% in horizontal capacity, compared to its predecessor, while maintaining the same structural weight.
