To help our stakeholders better understand Green financing, we hosted the ESG Investor Day in 2019 and an ESG briefing in 2020 for investors; during which we discussed ESG topics with investors including Green financing. The events were very well-received.

The building’s design and features all contribute to energy, water and waste reduction, which help lower operating costs such as electricity, and reduce the impact the building’s operations on the environment.

One Taikoo Place also features what many innovative elements, such as a waste- to-energy biodiesel tri-generation and adsorption system that combines heating, cooling and power generation. The system produces renewable energy from biodiesel (converted from waste cooking oil collected from our restaurants and F&B tenants) and waste heat from electricity

Similar Green elements will also be included for Two Taikoo Place, set for completion in 2022. We have incorporated features to generate renewable energy, increase energy efficiency, and manage water and wastewater in a more sustainable way.

How do you envision Green projects and its financing system in the future? Given the various environmental issues we face—including pressing crises such
