CHINA INTERIOR DESIGN 40UNDER40 (HONG KONG) 2020-2021
40under40 China (Hong Kong), was once known as the top list of young design leaders in China. Here, a large number of outstanding young design professionals from all over the country have gathered and stood at the centre of the design industry stage and at the golden age of under 40 as the backbone of the industry's transformation and development.
Under the professional background certified by International Federation of Interior (IFI) Architects/Designers since 2016, the annual 40under40 event is a vigorous ideological movement. In the past four years, the organisation had held 300+ events in total, assisted by 400+ industry authoritative mentors, and continue to output effective and high-quality content, empowering more than 100,000 Mesozoic designers and have formed highly viscous designer’s relationship chain in 33 provinces, 101 cities, 30+ provincial institutions and 80+ cities. The organisation also conducts simultaneous national promotion and a total of 4,725 high-quality designers are on the list, which has become the country's leading data and resource library for outstanding designers.
The design practitioners, a group of people who have always had enthusiasm and expectations for this industry, took practical actions to promote 40under40 as an indispensable force for nationwide deepening. To commemorate the past achievements, here is the story behind the operation of the 40under40 project.
The Outstanding Young Design Award Ceremony for 2020-2021 came to a successful conclusion with Tat Ming Wallpaper as the main sponsor.
