Siánneth Sánchez ’07 and Olivia Jones ’09 reunited this fall at the Alumni Association Board Fall Meeting where they will be serving. Te meeting gave the Kappa Delta sisters an excuse for some much- needed catching up over drinks and a beautiful sunset!


Jenny Story is a professional artist and childcare provider in Concord, North Carolina. After becoming widowed in 2019, Jenny found hope with artwork and continues her journey as an artist accompanied by her amazing daughter and incredibly supportive partner, David. Jenny is so grateful for her Queens family who has helped on this crazy journey!


2010 High school sweethearts, Pamela Moses and Reginald celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on August 1.


After years of applying his degree at a large mutual fund provider, Dustin Counts discovered a passion for arboriculture. He now owns and operates CoolWood Urban Forestry, a complete tree care company serving the greater Charlotte area.


2014 Dr. Amy Grybush was recently appointed as an assistant professor in the department of counseling at Wake Forest University. Grybush teaches counselors-in- training in both the on-campus and online programs.


2015 Megan Whisnant Rich and her husband Cory welcomed their baby boy, Landry James, in November 2021.

2009 Pablo Carvajal received his Master of Science in environmental health from East Carolina University in December 2021. His epidemiological research on vector-borne diseases (Zika & dengue) was published in the PLOS academic journal earlier this year. Pablo was accepted into Georgetown University in 2021 to pursue a master’s degree and resided in Washington D.C. for a year. He graduated from Georgetown this summer, receiving a Master of Professional Studies in cybersecurity risk management. He has since moved back to Charlotte and started a new job at Bank of America.

2008 Susannah Netherland married Brian Brindle, Jr., on May 19, 2022, at the O. Henry Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina. Lindsey White was the maid of honor and Laura Neely was a bridesmaid.
