NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH ATRIUM HEALTH EXPANDS STUDENT SERVICES By Keith Pierce
Queens University has established a new strategic partnership with Atrium Health to enhance student health services. Part of a multi-year agreement, Atrium Health now manages university health and wellness services, including behavioral health and sports medicine. "We know that students flourish in the classroom and in the community when they have access to a comprehensive suite of world-class wellness support resources and health services," said Queens University President Dan Lugo. "Atrium Health's partnership and presence on our campus elevates and enhances the services that our students have access to on campus and in the Atrium network." Lugo continued, "It also gives us access to their full portfolio of expertise in meeting our strategic goal of

creating a stronger culture of community wellness. It integrates the full spectrum of our students' care from physical, to behavioral health and sports medicine in state-of-the-art ways that were previously impossible." Te collaboration is tied to the university's

"Tat vision includes building strategic partnerships and launching additional initiatives to equip our students and community members with the skills to live healthy, balanced and full lives," Lugo said.
