ADT TAXIS SOLD TO MBH CORPORATION PLC TO FORM ‘TAKE ME’ NETWORK
MBH Corporation plc (MBH), a diversi- fied investment holding company, has acquired 100% of East Midlands firm ADT Taxis. ADT was founded in 2002 and owns 150 vehicles and em- ploys 600 drivers. The fleet is fully cloud-based and 70% of bookings are made through a cus- tomer app devel- oped with Riide. Founder of ADT, David Hunter said: “We will be rebrand- ing as ‘Take Me’ to form an national taxi company, with 13 fleet take acquisi- tions planned for the next 12 months,
backed by MBH Corp Plc. “We plan to build a nationally recog- nised brand, using the latest technolo- gy for ride-sharing. Private hire compa- nies have made profit to survive, whereas the app companies haven’t. Our vision is to have a UK-wide branded

backed by the experience and ex- pertise of local operators and using the technology pro- vided by iCabbi and Riide. We are now actively seeking companies with fleets of 50 vehicles or more to
