FOREWORD // CHIEF EXECUTIVE’S REPORT

In this respect, the decisions to award international status to all T20 games between Members, to create a global rankings list, and to revert to the staging of an ICC WT20 event every two years  are all part of our drive to grow the game using the shortest format as the vehicle to do so. This will lead to more cricket being played in more countries driving competitiveness.


Using T20 to drive greater depth is just one way in which we’re growing the sport. We have begun to implement our growth strategy for the sport and we are making progress on a number of exciting projects that will grow the game both within and outside our core markets.
