Premium Indian rum brand Wild Tiger is reporting positive reaction to its novel skus across the Americas. “We are currently shipping orders to the duty free operators in Ontario, Canada


after getting favourable responses from Canadian buyers at the FDFA show in Montréal,” commented Gautom Menon, Founder and Chief Brand Officer. “We are also pleased with the


performance of Wild Tiger at Neutral Duty Free in the Uruguay/Brazil borders and JPT Chile where it launched just before Christmas.” Prakash Thadani, CEO, JPT Chile added: “Wild Tiger Rum has been an exciting addition to our liquor range at our Iquique store. “We launched during the festive period


and the response has been promising. Store visitors particularly love the catchy, tactile packaging and flavour of the rum. We are confident the brand will grow in Chile.”

Furla has opened a new store in Bangkok at the King Power downtown duty free Rangnam Complex, which hosted a grand launch event in January. The 40 sq m personalised location was


officially opened on 4 March in partnership with King Power and stocks the brand’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection. Other recent openings include

Nina Ricci has collaborated with Brazilian artists Ana Strumpf and Guto Requena to create Les Monstres de Nina Ricci Limited Editions. The Nina and Luna fragrances have been


realigned with two new bottles. A third version (Luna Blossom) will also be available exclusively in Asia. “Nina Ricci has revised its legendary


fragrances. Nina is transformed into a sparking pear enrobed with candy floss and Luna into a juicy pineapple infused with lime.” Meanwhile, according to the


company, “Luna Blossom has become an ‘impertinent Japanese mocha with

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport has received the first of a series of planned permanent Woodford Reserve wall bays to be installed in select airports worldwide. The wall bays are part of the new


Woodford Reserve marketing strategy targeting international travellers who are premium whiskey aficionados or fans of American whiskey. Schiphol was selected as the initial


location for the wall bays as a result of the high level of potential Woodford Reserve consumers who travel through the airport on a daily basis. The installation of the Woodford


Reserve wall bay is a partnership effort between Gebr. Heinemann and Brown- Forman Global Travel Retail.
