Arrow in 2010. Justin Ladd was named vice president of operations. Rob Cain is now vice president of compliance. Hollie Walker is now vice president of marketing. Julie Mills, named vice president of integration, joined Arrow in 2014. Kayla Barlow was named vice president of resident experi- ence. Arrow also named Benjamin Massaro, Joshua Berger, and Eric Aston as executive directors.

Lifespace Communities, based in Des Moines, Iowa, has named Nikki Kresse to the position of chief people officer. Kres- se brings more than 20 years of experience.
MBK Senior Living, based in Irvine, Calif., has promoted Diana Engle to national di- rector of resident enrichment and Courtney Hill to regional director of operations. Engle joined MBK in 2019 as regional director of resident enrichment. Hill joined MBK Senior Living team when the company ac- quired its Almond Heights community in 2019. She started her career in senior living as a dining room server before moving up the ranks.
