Mentorship isn’t extra, it’s essential Senior chefs from Morrison Living, who have undergone rigorous training with instructors at the Culinary Institute of America, will mentor CATS participants. Each participant is selected based on nominations from their regional and unit leadership teams. They then submit person- al essays supporting their commitment to development and growth. In its first year, CATS will train 16 mentors and graduate 115 students.
