UpSkilling Lancashire


The UpSkilling Lancashire project supports Lancashire-based businesses to increase the skills and capability of their employees, enabling the business to compete regionally, nationally and internationally.


The project team assists businesses to identify, design, develop and implement workforce education and training programmes and apprenticeships linked to the strategic needs of the business.

The project partnership is led by the University of Central Lancashire, working with Burnley College, Calico Group, Edge Hill University, Forest of Bowland (Area of Outstanding Beauty) Project, Lancaster & Morecambe College, Myerscough College and Preston’s College.
