iPEK
iPEK is exhibiting at the Drain Ex 2017 with a wide range of products comprising of the brand new AGILIOS™ push rod camera systems with rod lengths up to 90 m for inspection diameters from 48 mm up to 300 mm with forward facing axial cameras or the new smaller pan & tilt camera heads which are now available. In addition the range of ROVION® crawler systems for pipeline inspection for all kinds of surveys and many industrial application areas for diameters from 100 mm up to 2.2 m over survey lengths up to 500 m will also be exhibited.
A major advantage of the iPEK range is all of the products are available in Explosion Proof ATEX (Zone 1) or Non ATEX. The highest degree of safety is utmost priority in explosion-protected zones. iPEK guarantees to meet this requirement, unlike most other systems in the industry. With permanent monitoring of all the single components and individually pressure-encapsulated components, the uncomplicated modification of the system configuration ensures short set-up times, easy servicing, scalable, growth-orientated operations and most of all they can be tailored according to every individual’s needs.
The AGILIOS and ROVION systems also offer built in reporting software (with full WRc compliance) on the range of portable or van mounted control panels (van mounted would require additional software). Also on show will be the Quick Change Design QCD® which allows setting up of the system by easily connecting most of the system components, partly without the use of tools, in only a few steps. This includes the camera, wheels and elevator.
The ROVION® can also be adapted to add on the versatility of the RX140 satellite lateral inspection system, this will allow the powerful six wheel drive crawler to inspect a main and then using the snap-in, easily fitted push rod and the pan & tilt camera an inspection of a lateral which can be carried out directly from the main up to 30 m from the main crawler inside the lateral.
