What are your 2019 highlights? The opening of the Rove at The Park Hotel, the second addition to Dubai Parks and Resorts, which opens up the theme park destination to a wider demographic.


Any developments for 2020? Two new rides at Motiongate Dubai, including a world-record-breaking spinning rollercoaster, and 10 rides will launch at Bollywood Parks Dubai. We

Why is Orascom returning to WTM London for the first time in five years? A main driver is growing potential from the UK market to Egypt, plus we’re celebrating 30 years building residential and tourism towns across Europe, the UAE and the MENA region this year.


What are your key messages for the event? To showcase El Gouna, our first integrated town, plus other developments such


as Andermatt in the Swiss Alps and Lustica Bay in Montenegro.


What's your focus for 2020? We’re working on adding 100 rooms to Golf Hotels in El Gouna, plus the first phase of a 700-seat venue to accommodate cultural events.

UK is one of our top three source markets and is increasing year-on-year.


Top reasons to visit in 2020? Firework celebration #RAKNYE2020 featuring “pyro-drones”, the launch of Bear Grylls’ Survival Academy and a new Anantara property.

northern European and Far East Asian markets in 2020.


Top reasons to visit Sharjah in 2020? The Sharjah Light Festival, the annual Sharjah Heritage Days, and the Sharjah International Book Fair. Plus the natural exploration site of Mleiha.
