FOUR SEASONS HOTEL GEORGE V, PARIS

Nestled in the heart of the Triangle d’Or, lined with pretty avenues and home to some of the capital’s most famous sights, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is ideally located for you to explore one of the most beautiful cities in the world and enjoy a luxurious escape.

Renowned over the world for its luxurious setting and bespoke service, the hotel also offers external back-to-nature experiences designed to share and reconnect.

From early spring, a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of the Parisian capital, guests can enjoy a green culinary journey with Simone Zanoni, Michelin-starred Chef of Le George Restaurant. Fully committed to sustainable gastronomy, the Chef will drive them in an electric vehicle — a Porsche Panamera Turbo S Hybrid — to the Domaine de Madame Elisabeth in Versailles, home to the restaurant’s Kitchen Garden. Fertilized with compost created from the restaurant’s food scraps, the garden supplies an abundance of organic produce for Zanoni’s menu. Guests will pick seasonal vegetables and will later enjoy a guided cooking lesson in Le George’s kitchen — the ideal moment for the Chef to share his values and encourage healthier dining.

During the winter season, guests will also connect with Zanoni’s environmental commitment, as the Chef converts coffee ground waste into mushrooms, which are then used in Le George’s dishes.
