If a night out is on the cards, follow the Santa Fe Margarita Trail, or just settle in on the patio at El Farol for a flamenco performance and Spanish tapas washed down with a Smoking Bull Margarita made with Kimo Sabe mezcal and Chimayo red chile. You can’t get any more New Mexican than that.
