spa, with the overarching passion for quality and authenticity showcased through the lodge’s approach to dining. The carefully curated menu at The Brasserie focuses on sustainably sourced ingredients from local farmers and artisans. The devotion to regional specialities is
amplified at the Chef’s Table, a true culinary experience. Every Thursday, the chef de cuisine and his team prepare an exclusive multi-course menu paired with a selection of local Swiss wines. This intimate experience takes place in the atmospheric wine cellar, showcasing an extensive variety of vintages, with a particular focus on the Valais region, considered the premier wine region in Switzerland.
