Connections to champion Golden State


The Connections meetings portfolio will promote high-end tourism to California for the first time with its maiden Connections California event.


The event, aimed at senior decision-makers in luxury


travel, will be held on March 10-13, sponsored by Visit California and supported by Visit Santa Monica. While giving attendees the chance to experience the Golden State and its laid-back luxury appeal, the event also aims to facilitate long-lasting business relationships for suppliers and buyers. Up to 80 handpicked delegates will take part in one-on-one business meetings while enjoying activities that embody all things Californian. Delegates will also hear from inspirational speakers and take part in workshops during the three-day event. The event follows a difficult year for the state, parts of which were devastated by horrific wildfires, the deadliest and most destructive in its history.

It’s fantastic to take our event platform to the US for the first time, and we can’t wait for Californian suppliers to experience the magic of meaningful business relationships.” Delegates will stay at Fairmont Miramar & Bungalows, Hotel Casa Del Mar, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel and Shutters on the Beach.
