ot Just Travel unveiled two new tools for agent members at its annual conference in Windsor.
A business management
tool, called Vision, automates tasks including follow-ups, communications and reports. It also allows information to be
shared between departments and enables consultants to track each part of the booking. Not Just Travel says the web-based tool will simplify the running of members’ businesses so they can focus on customer service. Vision is being rolled out for

developed in partnership with travel technology specialist Travefy, connects with hundreds of suppliers to pre-fill holiday and travel details for tours and cruises.
Travel consultants can build
itineraries using destination guides and pictures, as well as suggesting local atractions and restaurants. Te white-label platform also
enables consultants to include their name and picture on the quote and send it to a client as a mobile-friendly link, a PDF atachment or via an app for iPhone and Android devices. It is available to all Not Just
Host of long-haul fam trips planned
Not Just Travel is planning exclusive overseas trips for its consultants following the success of its inaugural fams. Trips planned for 2020 include skiing in Canada in March and a visit to Costa Rica

in May, as well as fams to Dubai, Tailand, Tuscany and Jordan later in the year. Steve Wit, co-founder of Not Just Travel
said: “We’d noticed that once agents had atended one of our trips, they were leſt wanting more. Our fams have proved to be a massive success.” Not Just Travel has held trips to Banff,
Antigua and Saint Lucia in the last 18 months. All trips are chargeable but the group said
costs are kept to a minimum. Wit added: “Te idea is that consultants
easily recoup their money through subsequent sales. On our last skiing trip to Canada, one of our consultants received an enquiry of around £120,000 because she was able to describe Whistler so passionately to her client.”

Agents given consumer magazine to send to customers A new consumer-style magazine which homeworkers can white- label with their contact details has been produced by Not Just Travel. The first issue of the magazine has focuses on Florida and cruise, and includes tips and offers on touring, ecotourism, multi-centre and luxury holidays.
Not Just Travel creates videos for agents to upload on social media
A series of social media videos will be released to assist homeworkers in the peaks. The one-minute videos can be posted on travel consultants’ social platforms and highlight the benefit to holidaymakers of booking with a Not Just Travel homeworker.
