Brand: The London Eye Agency: Jaywing

The London Eye

wanted to improve its online conversion rate without a complete site redesign. To achieve this, Jaywing was brought in to carry out a UX review of its existing site. Jaywing used scroll and

click-trail analysis, conducted qualitative research and analysed sales data to gain a clearer picture of how people were using the site. Acting on

this insight, Jaywing edited the site so that it was more image-focused, simplifi ed the navigation process and reduced the amount of steps it took for a user to make a purchase. Thanks to Jaywing’s changes, conversion rates increased by 33 per cent and basket value grew by 7.5 per cent. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/ london-eye.aspx

Templeton founded Soul & Surf, India’s fi rst yoga and surf retreat. Five years on and Soul & Surf wanted to attract new visitors to their site, so they worked with FatSand to produce a short brand fi lm. To promote the fi lm, titled ‘Find Your Love’, FatSand ran a seven-day YouTube campaign targeting a niche demographic interested in surfi ng, yoga and living life differently. FatSand also conducted a targeted outreach campaign, contacting infl uential publications within the surfi ng, yoga and ‘disruptive lifestyle’ realms and encouraging them to share. The video received more than 7,200 views and was featured on a host of relevant sites including The Yoga Nomads, Curl Magazine and Sharkbait. fi garodigital.co.uk/case- study/soul-surf.aspx

Brand: ExactTarget Marketing Cloud Agency: Brightcove

ExactTarget Marketing Cloud wanted to increase the time

visitors spend on its site and boost the number requesting a product demonstration online. They brought in Brightcove’s Video Cloud, which lets it manage the development and publication of video to its website through a custom video portal. The company now uses video on its website to promote product introductions, customer success stories and brand culture. Since the video portal’s launch, it’s been viewed more than 53,000 times. More than 500 requests for additional information and product demonstrations can be attributed to the video portal. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/exacttarget.aspx

Brand: Red Bull Agency: StreamUK

Red Bull hosted a

number of live music webcasts giving young bands the opportunity to perform to an online audience and win the chance to play at the Download music festival. Each performance was

recorded by StreamUK. Its on-site production crew

captured the live events, streaming and vision mixing the content to thousands of online viewers. The competition was hugely popular and even became a hit overseas. StreamUK was able to broadcast the content globally with the help of its content delivery network provider Level3. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/ red-bull-webcasts.aspx
