Sony wanted to build
excitement ahead of the release of its smartphone-attachable QX lens. To support the launch Sony partnered with Tempero to run an infl uencer outreach campaign. Tempero sent QX lenses to a pool of Instagram users across 12 markets, all of whom have a substantial following. The packaging of each of the lenses was personalised. This encouraged bloggers to share photos of the QX lens box on social media using the #SonyQX hashtag. More than 246 photos were
posted to Instagram as a result of the campaign, generating more than half a million interactions. fi

After a series of research activities, Pixelgroup redesigned the site’s ecommerce user journey. It introduced the concept of ‘real people - real prices’ and created a responsive mobile site to showcase the message. Results show the site has
