Brand: OFFICE Shoes Agency: Sociomantic

OFFICE Shoes implemented its fi rst retargeting

campaign in 2007. But in order to maintain its market- leading position it had to innovate. The retailer began working with Sociomantic to analyse real-time user profi les and calculate the perfect price for each display ad impression. For each impression won across mobile, desktop and tablet, Sociomantic’s product recommendation engine personalises the banner ad in milliseconds. “Sociomantic’s data-driven and selective targeting strategy has resulted in a higher conversion rate and has signifi cantly increased the percentage of site visits that are coming from new customers,” says Rav Dhaliwal, Senior Ecommerce Manager at OFFICE. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/offi ce-display.aspx
