Client: Land Rover Agency: Exponential

Exponential worked with Land Rover to showcase the new Discovery Sport’s design

and features. Bespoke content was vital to allow the brand to stand out in the saturated automotive market, and for Land Rover their message needed to strike an emotional connection with the audience. Exponential’s solution was the creation of a VDX unit, which incorporated inspirational video and an extensive photo gallery to show the car’s features. It also enabled Land Rover to feature a limited off er to increase urgency and value. Using audience optimisation technology meant that the adverts appeared at optimum times, and the post-expansion CTR performed four times higher than the industry benchmark.

After collaborating with the sizeable user base, Pancentric employed its Service Design Methodology to create an innovative e-learning solution, using competition to drive engagement from the sales team. The results spoke for themselves, with the 50 per cent participation target met in three weeks rather than the projected six months. Seventy-two per cent of users activated their accounts in the fi rst six months, and Pancentric are already preparing for phase two of the program.
