approached recruitment specialists Inspiring Interns to manage a hiring drive for the well-known magazine. The campaign also needed to refl ect the OK! brand, in order to source applicants who were truly engaged with the publication. Inspiring Interns made contact with key creative colleges and universities to drive the application process, and earmarked graduates with experience in university publications. The Inspiring Interns website also received a two-day reskin, to further promote the campaign and drive applications. The campaign saw over 3000 applicants apply for the roles, and Inspiring Interns were able to fi ll the full complement of positions, who were all still in place 12 months later.
