Client: WorldFirst Agency: Inviqa


International payments provider


WorldFirst were grappling with rapid growth, staff changes across its developer teams, and the roll-out of an internal structure based on the famed ‘Spotify Model’ in a bid to drive cross- functional collaboration. They enlisted Inviqa’s help to accelerate the


development of its digital teams through an exchange of knowledge, skills, and ideas. Inviqa


supported the business with a combination of agile coaching and workshops, BDD (behaviour-driven development) training, code clubs to test ideas and promote a culture of learning and in-house developer support, mentoring, and pair programming. High-performance cycle-clothing and bike manufacturer Vélobici partnered with Anicca


Digital to launch their new high-end Continental cycle to the press and consumers. Anicca took on an extensive list of pre-launch PR activities through both traditional and online media. Anicca also carried out a variety of PR activity on Facebook, using lead generation ads, custom audiences, and interest targeting, as well as organic activity across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Vélobici, saw a 300 per cent increase in revenue, and a 400 per cent uplift in total online sales.

The charity worked with Curated to support the Blooming Great Tea Party


campaign, raising awareness of the charity’s goal and boosting search visibility at the same time. Curated worked to a three month deadline, collecting insight from Marie Curie’s target audience to inform the best methods to reach this group. It was decided to run the campaign with digital infl uencers, who were selected because of their engagement stats, previous work, and social media following. They produced their own content about their favourite ‘tea time treat’ which directed back to the Blooming Great Tea Party Page. The campaign tripled Marie Curie’s target, saw Curated nominated for a UK Agency Award, and appeared on numerous food, lifestyle and family blogs.

The static nature of Nefyn’s HTML platform was holding the brand back, so they migrated to a scalable WordPress CMS, in order to make the most of revenue streams which would enable Nefyn to compete. Reckless’ design championed Nefyn’s high-quality image and video material, creating a user experience that stood out from the competition. The new site has had great results, seeing an 11.21 per cent increase in sessions, 24.37 per cent decrease in bounce rate, and a 22.92 per cent increase in users.
